First time for this procedure. The Doctor explained what was going to happen and related to an associated x-ray test. I felt very comfortable during the procedure as to what was happening. Afterwards, the Doctor gave a picture of possible problems and further treatments. A very comfortable appointment. Thanks also to his two assistants.

So after having shoulder pain for a few months an appointment was scheduled to have an Ultrasound (US) with the potential of steroid injection to assist with inflammation. Dr Sultan gave me a good overview of the process and what was involved in the injection if required. The US was performed sitting and of course was pain free just the "fun" of removing the gel afterwards. From there we spoke about what the procedure while he setup the syringe. The process was completed lying on the bed to provide ease of access to the injection site (front of the shoulder). Once the US was setup a sharp scratch to the skin (I've had worse splinters) and then the injection which I found painless. This was 4 days ago and I had no adverse after effects after the procedure and the shoulder pain has completely gone. I really rate the manner in which Dr Sultan performed this procedure and would recommend him to anyone needing this type of treatment.

US injection was painless and quick. Did not realise the procedure was completed. Would certainly recommend Dr Sultan to patients.

I arrived 30minutes early and was walking out the main entrance at my allotted appointment time! I felt totally at ease. Was told what would happen before being seen to. Totally happy if I have to go back.

I visited city hospital yesterday (23 may ) for a MRI with injection into my hip . Dr Sultan made me feel very relaxed ,talked me through everything .He was very gentle and did not rush.His whole team was lovely ,they have put me at ease for when i have to go back for the rest of my treatment . I would like to thank him and everyone who was involved in my care for what a great job they did and for being so human .
